Samuel Clemens died in 1910 at age 74, but Mark Twain, the immortal and beloved character he created, maintains an active life in the contemporary culture of America.
Mark Twain was a grammar school dropout, writer, anti-imperialist, soldier, world taveler, science fiction pioneer, entrepreneur, amateur astronomer, biblical scholar, guitar player, proponent of women's rights, Mississippi steamboat pilot, gold and silver prospector, reporter, inventor, peerless story-teller and declared devotee of tobacco.
Enjoy Rod Rawlings as he brings Twain to life on our stage prior to a national tour slated for next year! Laugh with Twain as he celebrates his 70th birthday in style - with music and wonderful stories galore!
We invite all ticket holders to join Mark Twain for an ice-cream social after the show!"
