The 'Studio' Concept

* During the early 90s, the World Wide Web provided a way for people to use their computers to exchange files. In general, content for the web was created by a relatively smaller group of individuals popularly known as content development groups. The average person was not involved with creation of any sort of web content.#

* The technology has moved and so have we. Web 2.0-technology made it possible to allow people to participate in… Continue

Lightning Edge Thrashers 4-3

(Tampa, FL) Mike Lundin scored his first NHL goal and Vinnie Lecavalier added three assists as the Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Atlanta Thrashers 4-3 Saturday night in Tampa.

Lundin, just called up from the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL lit the lamp for the first time in his career early in the second period to give the Lightning a 2-1 lead when he wristed the puck high into the net past Thrasher goalie Ondrej Pavelec. “I’m happy for him”, said Bolts Captain Lecavalier. “He’s a… Continue

James Cagney was one of those legendary stars who had little if any formal acting education. He was a self-described song-and-dance man who thought of acting this way,"There`s not much to say about acting but this. Never settle back on your heels. Never relax. If you relax, the audience relaxes. And always mean everything you say." We saw that on the screen with every Cagney movie. And, it;s an important lesson to learn.

I did a website testimonial over the weekend. It was the quickest and… Continue

Dissertation buy or not to buy-that is the question?

The pressure of writing a dissertation is most monstrous and unimaginable. Due to inability to handle the ginormous task on their own and deadly threatening time constraint, many people decide to buy a dissertation.

It is neither an easy task to decide where to buy dissertation from nor ask for an advice on it. Judgmental as advisors may be, they regard buying dissertation online unethical which is… Continue

Michael Caine

Since I have done, as most actors, both stage and film acting; I am asked what the difference is. One of my most revered actors is Michael Caine and he describes it this way;"Movie acting is about covering the machinery. Stage acting is about exposing the machinery. In cinema, you should think the actor is playing himself, if he`s that good. It looks very easy." There is no playing to the last row in the house when doing a movie. So, a film actor has to bring it down to real. Another great tip… Continue

The Fine Art of Faux-Finishing

We live in a day and age, in which commercialism, minimalist artistic expressions and high-tech, fast-paced, copycat styles have become synonymous with "art." For all intents and purposes, the world of fine art has created an oxymoron of its own design.

Take a tour in a fine arts museum these days, and you will understand exactly what I mean.…

Depp Says

As an admirer of Johnny Depp as an actor, it has always been interesting to me how little formal acting training he has received. There have been other star-actors who intuitively could perfect their craft without a lot of coaching. Depp says that there has to be some of yourself in each part you do or it's not acting - it's lying. How many successful actors have been dismissed for "playing themselves?' So, I think there is something to bringing who you are to every role. After all, Depp says… Continue

Lightning Blank Isles 4-0

(Tampa, FL) The Tampa Bay Lighting used a couple of firsts to break a four game losing streak with a 4-0 win over the NY Islanders Saturday night in Tampa. Mike Smith posted his first shutout of the season stopping 30 shots and Victor Hedman scored his first NHL goal.

Ryan Malone opened the scoring for Tampa Bay with his 16th of the season when he poked home a rebound past Islander goalie Dwayne Roloson to make it 1-0 at 1:35 of the first period.
